Hi, I’m Stephanie Lanier, a Senior Project Manager at Americaneagle.com specializing in Sitecore and enterprise digital transformations. I focus on making complex digital programs actually make sense, aligning teams, simplifying decisions, and turning strategy into real delivery.
I’m based just outside Atlanta, Georgia, where I spend my time with my husband and our two Australian Shepherds, and getting ready to welcome our first child, due 8/5.
What I Focus On:
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across complex, multi-site programs, partnering with business, design, and engineering teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to large-scale initiatives.
My focus is on SitecoreAI (previously XM Cloud) transformations and helping organizations modernize how they deliver digital experiences, while keeping execution grounded and practical.
In my work, I focus on creating alignment across teams and simplifying complexity.
I build systems that actually support delivery at scale. In large programs, success isn’t just about execution, it’s about how decisions are made, how priorities are defined, and how well teams are aligned.
